Your personal information is important to us. S9® recognizes that you have a right to control your personal information. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take that seriously.

Using and disclosing your personal information.
Personal information is only used for registration, payment and product update purposes. S9® is a private company and does not disclose any customer information to any other persons, companies or organizations.

SPAM.
S9® Design Software will not advertise, or otherwise do any form of business with, any other company who SPAM's or sells customers' email addresses and/or personal information.

Storage and security of your personal information.
S9® takes every reasonable step to keep customer information secure and accurate.

Pop-up Policy.
You will never see an advertising pop-up or exit console on any of the S9® web pages.

Your use of S9® software indicates your acceptance of all license agreements and warranties. ALL OUR SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. S9® DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF OUR PROGRAMS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED TO ONLY PRODUCT REPLACEMENT. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT SHALL S9® BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR ANY TYPE OF DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE. S9® RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE THIS SOFTWARE IN IT'S FUNCTIONALITY AND APPEARANCE AT IT SEES FIT. License to Use. Once our software is registered, S9® Design Systems Grants you (customer or corporation/business) an exclusive and non transferable license to use our software library and accompanying documentation (software). Restrictions. All software is copyrighted and title to all copies is retained by S9® Design Systems. Title and copyrights to the software remain the property of S9® Design Systems. You may not reverse engineer, de compile, disassemble, translate, create derivative works based on the software, remove proprietary notices, labels or identification on the software.
Software Registration. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate personal information. If you register our software, it is your responsibility to keep your User name and Password in a safe place and not to disclose it to anyone else. Distribution. You are licensed to give and distribute this software in its original, unmodified form, and prohibited from charging for any such copies, and from distributing the software with other products, without prior written permission. Software Protection. All code in the software we produce has been compiled and encrypted to ensure fast operation, minimum memory requirements and maximum security. S9® Design Systems' Trademarks.
